These terms cover your use of desertrosehost.com, run by Desert Rose Retreat, 1950 W. William Sears Dr., Eloy, AZ 85131. By using the site you agree to them. Questions go to stay@desertrosehost.com.

Bookings and quotes

The site describes Desert Rose and helps you plan a stay or a group retreat. It does not take payments or make reservations.

• Bookings made on Airbnb are governed by Airbnb’s terms, including payment, house rules, and cancellation.
• Group quotes and other arrangements we make directly with you are governed by the written agreement we send you.
• An inquiry is not a reservation. Dates are held only once we confirm them in writing.
• Availability shown on the calendar comes from our booking calendars and is a guide, not a guarantee.

Your account

Signing in with Google is optional. Keep your Google account secure, because anyone using it can act as you on this site. We may disable an account that is misused.

Using the site

Please don’t use the site to break the law, send spam or harmful code, try to get into parts of the site you aren’t allowed in, or overload it with automated requests. Search engines and other well-behaved crawlers are welcome.

Our content

The text, photographs, and design of this site belong to Desert Rose Retreat or the people who licensed them to us. Photos of Chef Stephan Maywalt’s dishes are courtesy of Plate and Palate. You’re welcome to share links to our pages. Please ask before reusing our photos or text elsewhere.

Other sites

We link to Airbnb, Google, Plate and Palate, and others. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. Descriptions, photos, amenities, and availability can change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
